1. How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

2. What is the price for attending?

Your attendance at the conference, two nights' stay based on single occupancy, all meals and the hospitality program are on us. We'll make this a seamless and unforgettable experience for you!

3. What about my additional costs during the event?

Any additional costs such as extra room nights, personal extras, meals outside of the program offered by Ingenico are on own account and should be settled directly upon check out or at the spot.

4. Do I have to bring a printed ticket to the event?

Not needed as your name will be on the attendee list, but we do need to verify your ID when come pick up your badge!

5. What time does Insights start on Wednesday September 25th?

We will kick off Insights North America 2019 at 6pm with a Welcome Cocktail & Networking at the hotel. Rooms are available from 3pm.

6. What time does Insights finish on Friday September 27th?

On September 27th the event will end at 2pm. After the closing lunch there is a possibility to join fun optional activities.

7. Can I arrive earlier/stay later at the hotel?

Yes, any additional nights are on own account. But, the hotel can offer the same negotiated group rate two days prior and two days after the event. Please let us know and we will be happy to make these arrangements for you with the hotel.

8. Will Ingenico organize transfers to and from the airport?

No, please take a taxi to the hotel yourselves.

9. Can I update my registration information?

Yes, no problem, but please contact your Ingenico contact first.

10. Is it ok if the name on my registration doesn't match the person who attends?

That will be no as its an invite-only conference.

11. Is my registration transferable if I cannot go?

Please contact your Ingenico Contact to discuss possibilities in the event you need to cancel and you want to have a colleague to take your seat.

12. Do I require a visa to attend Insights 2019?

Please check with your local embassy.

13. What is the dress code for the event?

The dress code for the conference sessions is business casual. For the dinners and social program the dress code is casual and recommended to wear comfortable shoes.

    Sébastien’s team partners with payment solution providers, guest experience and engagement tools, distribution partners, and new technologies that enhance the guest stay. These partnerships compliment and upgrade Cloudbeds’ value proposition while automating and simplifying workflows.

    Prior to Cloudbeds, Sébastien worked at Expedia in various roles managing lodging connectivity for independent and chain hotels as well as vacation rentals. He designed and carried out significant business development projects along the way.

    After studying Hotel Management and Business Administration in Germany, Sébastien started his career in hospitality working for Le Meridien Hotels and Swissotel in various European capitals.

    Sébastien has been a board member of HEDNA since January 2014. He chaired and organized the two record breaking and highly innovative global distribution conferences in Austin and Lisbon. He is currently serving as an Executive Director for HEDNA.

    Sébastien speaks English, German, and French. He is based in Montreal, Canada where he lives with his family and black labrador.

    With more than 15 years of experience in eCommerce and sales, Andrew has a deep understanding of the payments industry. He has managed teams in Fintech organizations in multiple continents, delivering customized solutions across different verticals and regions.


    Before being appointed as General Manager, Andrew was the Head of Business Development for North America, Head of Business Development, EMEA and Head of Account Management, EMEA for Ingenico ePayments. In each of these roles, he has increased clients’ revenues and created seamless payment experiences for consumers.

    Andrew is an active speaker in the payments arena, giving presentations at technology summits, leading webinars, and educating professionals around the world. He shares Ingenico’s commitment to knowledge-sharing initiatives and has co-authored white papers on market analysis and strategy, and led case studies with high-profile companies, such as Levi’s and Rail Europe.


    He has a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and MIS from North Carolina State University and an MBA from TIAS School for Business and Society. He lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife and three kids and enjoys running and doing yoga.

    He joined Ingenico ePayments (formerly GlobalCollect) in 2012, and oversaw the growth of the technical sales and consultancygroups which provide value-add services, functional consultancy and industry expertise to theglobal client base. Prior to his tenure at Ingenico ePayments he enjoyed a 13-year career in non-bank foreign exchange, leading business acquisition and growth teams in Europe, the US and Australia.

    Scott was the Director of Fraud and Risk at Riot Games, an international online game company with millions of users worldwide. As the first head of fraud at Riot, he took the company from being fined by Visa/MasterCard and near TMF to good standing in just a few months.

    He has also grown a small $5M eBook company that was losing its merchant account (chargeback rate > 7%) to a company with revenue of $25M annually and a healthy chargeback rate of 0.7%. During his decade leading that company, Scott created one of the earliest affiliate metrics tracking systems and developed his own proprietary anti-fraud software.

    Scott has been an entrepreneur since childhood. He started his first business in 5th grade and launched and grew an IT/Web consulting firm in his teens that led to contract work with clients such as Fleishman-Hillard, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, UPS, Nextel, and MasterCard.

    He is well known and respected in the online business community, the card-not-present payment community, and the affiliate and Internet marketing community.

    Beyond the fraud world, Scott is a trained corporate speaker, a fixed-wing and rotor-wing pilot, and a purple belt/instructor in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
